Kentucky has twenty six colleges, universities, and community colleges that offer campus based nursing programs.
Nurses interested in advancing their educational horizons have several graduate schools to consider. There are nine universities or colleges that offer Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degrees. Four of those schools, Bellarmine University, Eastern Kentucky University, Murray State University, and Western Kentucky offer Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) as well. The University of Louisville offers MSN and Doctor of Nursing PhD degrees. The University of Kentucky offers MSN, DNP and PhD degrees.
